How we work
- We only use genuine Colorbond® steel made by BlueScope Steel Australia. Each sheet carries the laser-etched Colorbond insignia so you can check it yourself.
- All Colorbond colours cost the same, and choosing a different colour for the frame (posts and rails) than the sheets is also the same cost.
- Every post is set 600 mm into the ground with at least one full 20 kg bag of concrete per hole.
- Colorbond fencing can be built up to 2.4 m high. Fences over 1.8 m usually need council approval – ask us before you decide.
- Heritage-listed properties need council approval before a Colorbond fence can be built.
- We can remove an existing brick wall, old timber or Colorbond fence, and up to 10 m² of bonded asbestos fencing as part of a replacement.
- We can double-sheet a new fence or lattice so each side is a different colour. The frame stays one colour on both sides.
- A new 30 m Colorbond fence, including demolition and removal of the old fence, typically takes 1 to 2.5 days.
- If your ground level differs from your neighbour's, a treated pine (H4) sleeper retaining wall is built directly under the new fence.
- If you would like to go ahead with a quote, we arrange a free on-site visit and give you an estimated start date. Start dates depend on the weather.
- Pensioner discounts are available. We are fully insured and licensed (NSW Fencing Licence 269038C).
